THE STORY OF THE C-190 AIRPLANE THAT HOVER ABOVE TAGLIKID IN THE NIGHT

        I was attending to a meeting with the Department of National Economic Development Authority  as one of the members of the Regional Technical Working group of Caraga Regional Development.  It was then that i learned that there was a blue print of Development prepared by General Douglas Mc Arthur.  It explained the mystery of an airplane hovering above Taglikid during my chilhood.  Actually its was an ocular inspection of the staff of the NEDA... 

Years later..  PICOP Company in Mangagoy Bislig east of Taglikid had its business boom under the Soriano Group of Companies...  Decades later...  was the establishment of the Palm Oil Plantations south of Taglikid
