TO ORGANIZE THE 12 TRIBES OF THE URSOS CLAN TO BE KNOWN AS “uBRAADSPPLuGS “ TO BEGIN AS A MUTUAL BENEFIT INITIATIVE; THE 12 REPRESENTATIVES OF THE URSOS CLAN SHALL FORM INTO AN URSOS CORE GROUP TO SERVE AS INITIATORS OF THE PROPOSED uBRAADSPPLuGS MUTUAL BENEFIT PROGRAM. THE UNDERLYING OBJECTIVE AT THE EARLY STAGES OF THE ORGANIZATION MAYBE LIMITED TO ANSWER THE NEEDS OF THE FAMILY DURING THE TIMES OF EMERGENCY .
